Bianca qualified as a solicitor in Western Australia. She is a valued part of our family team, advising on finances and divorce as well as matters related to surrogacy.

Bianca has experience an an instructing solicitor in international child law matters in the Family Division of the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice. Her other family law experience both in Australia and in England, includes divorce and family asset matters, including those involving company structures.

Acting for employees, Bianca also has experience in employment discrimination and redundancy related employment law matters. Her clients are often vocal about her assistance exceeding their expectations and achieving excellent and just outcomes.

Having successfully studied Sharia Law at University, Bianca has a keen interest in the intersection of Sharia Law and the common law and she is able to give an understanding to a number of cross-cultural issues and inheritance rules. This is a proven asset with our Middle Eastern clients.

Bianca also has litigation experience as an instructing solicitor in County Court dispute resolution matters and medium scale cross border debt recovery.

Bianca completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Australia, and Practical Legal Training (LPC equivalent) with the College of Law in Western Australia. She joined ACLF in early 2015 after a short period with the firm in 2013. She is currently studying to cross-qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales. Prior to becoming qualified, Bianca undertook an Internship with Toynbee Hall’s Free Legal Advice Centre in London giving her extensive experience in dealing with challenging client circumstances.

Bianca’s previous work includes running government and private funded arts projects, where she sat on a number of Management Boards, as both artist and legal representative. Her experience in the creative industries gives her a great skill base and understanding of working with creatives, entrepreneurs and start-up ventures. She has practiced as a newly qualified solicitor in Australia for a large international law firm dealing with both divorce and finance matters.
