Client Manager & operations manager

• Management and communications support to Directors– middle management between executive level, fee earners, and departmental functions
• Diary management for Managing Director & events
• Project management – ensure deadlines are meet, for marketing PR, events, speaking / networking engagements – and following up after events . Analysing successes
• Ensuring firm policies and processes are adhered to, laid out & supported

• Support & run client management as required
• running client enquiries - conversion - after sales  including obtaining feedback, testimonials, referrals cross departments and third parties, where appropriate create case studies, and evaluation content for file and  marketing
• Implementation of a seamless and efficient retention process – implement email templates, newsletters

• Review marketing strategy – create a schedule for online and offline campaigns  and manage execution with brand developer whose in house - helping with the monthly marketing meetings
• Review email / marketing  content – proofing of links, copy writing etc
• Analyse performance – create tracking links across all campaigns and report results to MD
• Ensure all Fee Earners contribute and meet deadlines

• Review branding online, work closely with webmaster and marketing personnel to create a coherent message via the company website
• Review print brand and create a coherent message – a focus on increasing corporate acquisition, while maintaining  current client base

• Obtain partnerships in target communities with and without working with the external PR company
• Produce organic articles for promotion or chasing up Fee Earners for this
• Help generating stories & ideas

 1.  knowledge of working in a law firm a bonus but not essential
 2.  experience in planning / hosting business events
 3.  knowledge of social media and marketing strategies
 4.  management experience or running teams and projects preferred
 5.  good telephone manner and ability to give presentations essential
 6.  experience in processes, structuring and sales would be an asset
 7.  Smart and presentable and orderly

This role is a full time role requiring office hours and a few evening networks. Available for a start August / September.
