Christine has an exceptional background in commercial and intellectual property law and has been qualified as a solicitor for over ten years. She brings to the firm a wealth of experience in all technical and commercial aspects of IP including copyright, trade marks, designs, passing off, domain disputes, privacy, IP disputes (including IP mediation and ADR) and GDPR. She works closely with clients and patent attorneys to help identify and extrapolate details of your inventions, bridging the gap between the technical and the legal.
She supports our expanding commercial team and provides specialist advice and support on transactional work including advising on IP due diligence and ensuring your IP is in order.
Christine is pragmatic and known for providing sound commercial advice on all commercial, brand and IP related issues including IP protection, advertising and marketing matters.
She is experienced in representing start-ups to multinational companies, across a wide variety of sectors, drafting all related commercial documents; licence agreements, franchise agreements, assignments, collaboration agreements, settlement agreements, shareholder agreements and terms and conditions.
In addition, she is experienced in handling contentious trade mark disputes at the UKIPO, EUIPO and High Court.
