Head of Client and Business Services
Lucy liaises with key stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and sets strategic goals for the firm. She leads and motivates in the end to end client service delivery, ensuring the highest possible levels of service through the ongoing management, training and coaching of lawyers to meet current and future requirements.
Lucy promotes and enhances a culture of Client First service within the office to ensure consistent delivery of excellent client service. She monitors the team’s performance against operational performance indicators and provides timely management information to assist decision making.
Working with the teams to facilitate achievement of specified goals and targets as well as working closely with HR to ensure professional development and training standards are achieved for each team member by assisting with performance management and objective setting.
Lucy develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients and supports the development of further business opportunities through service opportunities.
Prior to moving into Client Development, Lucy worked in the legal field and then specialised in executive legal search later working for a leading international law firm. She graduated from the University of Kent LLB (hons) Law Degree and went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. Lucy was then called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln's Inn).
