Dear Karen,
Jacqueline has recently been acting for me, and I would like to say how fantastic she has been.
Legal disputes are always very distressing and Jaqueline managed my anxieties and emotions so expertly. She managed to guide me, I always felt safe in her hands, she was always available to me, responding in the small hours to my rambling emails on more than one occasion. She managed to make me feel like her most valued client, although I appreciate how busy you all must be! And how trivial my case was in the scheme of things….
We will be staying put with Jackie, to help us set up our new venture without making the same mistakes again. I’m very much looking forward to working with her on a more positive exercise.
