Harry worked within a niche Property Litigation firm based, specialising contractual and leaseholder disputes so is adapt at assisting clients in this area. He regularly represented high net worth individuals, real estate developers and and management companies. He also has experience in litigating commercial disputes and negotiating settlements across a wide range of areas. Most recently defending and negotiating an advantageous settlement in mediation for a multimillion-pound dispute around a mortgage dispute and breach of fiduciary duty.

He is currently working on bespoke commercial agreements and structures within our expanding and busy commercial team. Supporting clients in their journey from start-up to scale-up to exit , often securing investment along the way.

Harry is also a California Qualified Attorney, passing the State Bar of California in 2020.

Before becoming a solicitor Harry spent time in multinational law firms and investment banks specialising in regulatory risk and compliance so has a wide breath of legal knowledge.

Outside of work he has been involved in the Army Reserve.
