A City Law firm negotiated a high settlement which exceeded my expectations. Before I approached them I was struggling in knowing how to cope with an increasingly bitter and complex situation which had developed at work. I was scared of going to lawyers and the costs that could be involved but when I sat down in the initial meeting with Karen and Bianca they were so understanding, empathetic and human and explained everything clearly, professionally and with such kindness.
