It is possible to fertilise an egg here in the UK and transport that over to the jurisdiction where your surrogate will receive the fertility treatment. This may require an egg donor and/or sperm donor, the embryo is frozen and transported to the clinic. This is perfectly legal and extremely established as a process to establish UK intended parents.
